Using Blue Colors in Business Cards

Blue is a wonderful color for the background of a business card. Blue is the color of peace and tranquility, yet it is sleek and professional. Below is a swatch of three Pantone colors in various tint which can be used on the background of the color business card.

The tints are, in descending order: 100, 80, 60, 40 and 20...These are all percentage tints of the particular color. Note how the color progressively turn light as the percentages of the colors drop. The top row shows the Pantone colors at their full 100% tint. This is the highest value and shows the actual color as it exists in its true form. You can expect the highest quality print from this tint value on the business card...each tint value will also printe well, but very low tint values can cause trouble in some business cards.
